All purchases are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order.
We ship with Australia Post and can deliver to any address or PO Box nationwide.
Orders are sent via Standard Post, with delivery expected within 3–5 business days. Please note: delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs (Australia)
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $90 Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping: $9.50 flat rate for orders under $90.
Express Shipping: $12.50 flat rate under $90.
International Shipping
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and shipped worldwide via Australia Post.
Delivery usually takes 6–27 business days, depending on your country and address. Please allow additional time for remote locations.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs (International)
Flat rate of $35 AUD for all international orders.

Returns Policy
We hope you love your Glowhite products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.
To request a return, replacement, or credit note, please email us at info@glowhitesmiles.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your name, order details, and exchange/credit preference so we can assist you promptly.
Important Notes
Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders.
If your product is faulty, wrongly described, different from what you ordered, or does not function as expected, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.
