Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIA

All purchases will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order. 

We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to any address or PO Box within the country. 

All orders are sent through Standard Post. You should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days. Please note delivery to more remote and regional areas may take longer. 

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS IN AUSTRALIA:

Our Standard shipping is free for all orders above $99 Australia-wide. 

For all other orders, our Standard shipping flat rate is $9.50.

For Express shipping, there is a flat rate of $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All purchases will be packed within 1-2 working days of your order. We ship worldwide using Australia Post or DHL. You should expect your items to arrive within 10-25 working days depending on your country and address.

Please note delivery to countries very far from Australia may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS: 

 

There is a flat rate of $20 for all international orders.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of all Glowhite products. In case of customer dissatisfaction, we have a 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us via email at info@glowhitesmiles.com for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment.

Please include your name, order details and exchange/credit preference in the email so we may assist you further.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

  • Original shipping charges if any, are non-refundable.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • This return policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders.

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund or product exchange.
