Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of all Glowhite products. In case of customer dissatisfaction, we have a 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us, please contact us via email at info@glowhitesmiles.com for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment.

Please include your name, order details and exchange/credit preference in the email so we may assist you further.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

  • Original shipping charges if any, are non-refundable.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • This return policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders.

If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, or don't function properly, you can choose between a refund or product exchange.
